These terms govern your participation as a reseller / agent of Trelay.
You earn a commission on the gross profit generated by customers you referred. For each API call, gross profit = customer's charge minus the model's upstream cost. Your commission = gross profit x your personal commission rate.
Your commission rate is set by the administrator and may be changed at any time. A rate change only applies to future usage. Historical commission records are never recalculated (the rate is snapshotted per record).
Commissions are settled manually. You can request a withdrawal of your pending (unsettled) commission from the Agent Panel by providing your payout method and account. The administrator reviews and processes requests.
If a customer's usage is refunded, the commission generated by that usage is reversed (deducted) from your balance automatically.
Violations may result in termination of your agent account and forfeiture of pending commissions.
